Subsequently, we manage the entire process, spanning from the initial design concepts to the construction of your new home or the transformation of your existing property, unlocking its full potential.
Whio’s services encompass a range of options to suit your unique needs, including modular designed homes (semi pre-fabricated and transportable), one-off new build designs, and the transformative potential of renovating your existing home to enhance sustainability and comfort.
As a member of New Zealand Certified Builders (NZCB), all of our builds come with a Halo 10-Year Residential Guarantee, giving you piece of mind for the future. Providing much greater protection than both the Building Act and Consumer Guarantees Act, it covers you for defects on workmanship and materials after build completion or possession date.
